Kempston Pool & Fitness Centre Planning

Utilising the feedback and engagement with the incumbent operators GLL, independent latent demand reports, the BBC Cross Party Project Advisory Group, various stakeholders and the Opportunity Analysis reports, the team have developed the following development plans to provide the best value solution to modernise Kempston Pool & Fitness.

The plans shown are indicative design sketches aimed at maximising participation and thus revenue through additional products and services within the centre, whilst addressing the condition survey issues and upgrading and refurbishing the centre to modern standards.

Refurbishment of current entrance and surrounding area, including reception
Remodelled and refurbished Village Change
Extension to accommodate increased gym and refurbishment
Focus on community health work with conversion of meeting rooms to a fully functioning health suite
Installation of sauna and steam rooms on pool side.
